Owner/Entrepreneur
Hi, my name is Robert Beard, also known as Bobby.
I am a former Junior Probation Officer with experience as a Television
Production Manager, radio announcer, and city bus driver. In 2018, after
seeing news of two parents who lost their lives rescuing their children
from a river, I was inspired to find safer solutions.
After nearly a year of research and development, I partnered with my
colleague Vince Nelson to bring my concept to life. Together we created
Aqua Ladder Rescue Throw Bags, an innovative tool designed to give rescuers
a safer, more effective way to save lives.

At Aqua Ladder Rescue, we're dedicated to providing top-notch water rescue solutions that save lives. For four years, our team has been committed to delivering high-quality water rescue bags equipped with ropes and patented personal flotation devices. Our innovative kits are designed to ensure swift and secure rescues, even in the most challenging aquatic environments.
We're proud to be part of the Northern California water rescue community, working closely with local rescue training organizations and teams who put our equipment to the test. Their feedback and expertise have been invaluable in helping us refine our products and stay focused on our mission: to help keep our communities safe on and around the water.
Bobby drew on his diverse background, which includes experience as a junior probation officer, television production supervisor, MLB bird scout, and coach for former MLB college teams. He teamed up with his friend Vincent Nelson to design a rope system that functions like a ladder. Through extensive travel and collaboration with experts, Bobby refined the Aqua Ladder's design and functionality.
One notable example of our product's effectiveness came when Jordan Hunter, a former Navy SEAL, put his life on the line by testing the Aqua Ladder in the ocean. Bobby's high school friend and current advisor, David Stanley, and his son Nick Stanley, played a crucial role in financing the startup.
As Aqua Ladder Rescue continued to grow, Bobby formed a close relationship with Matt, founder of Code 3 Rescue, and his team. This has helped us stay focused on our mission to keep communities safe on and around the water.
Today, we're committed to innovating, with plans for new products aimed at saving lives. While the details of these upcoming projects remain confidential, we're excited to continue improving our water rescue technology. Our team's dedication to delivering high-quality solutions has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the Northern California water rescue community, where we work closely with local rescue training organizations and teams who rely on our equipment.
